OMG dudes, and girls. I am a trainer. 

First: Alcohol DOES NOT make u gain weight. 

Second: Fruits and sugars are ur worse enemies. 

Third: Callories are overrated worry about ur carb, sugar and sodium intake.

Fourth: Speed up your metabolism. (you achieve it by eating 6 times a day every 2.5 -3 hours.

Fifth: Exercise in the mornings 45  minutes on a treadmill, inclined, before breakfast. (you burn 800% more if u do it b4 breakfast)</description>

I am a fat (not obese) teenager. I would really like some feed back on my diet/exercise.  
breakfast: cereal with fat free milk
lunch: yogurt with granola (idk if it is fat free. there is only 1 yogurt option at my school)
dinner: i eat a normal dinner. ususally grilled chicken with a vegetable or shrimp or salmon.
exercise: i exercise for 1 hour 5 times a week (sometimes more)

please help me because im not loosing weight. also, please no mean responses. im only looking for help</description>
