In a fast food nation, eating healthy food becomes difficult to do. Yet a poor diet contributes to low energy, obesity, stress, health problems and high medical bills.

    I drink alkaline …
    I drink alkaline water and this has improved my health. I believe that fruit juices without the fiber are pretty bad. I would also have to believe that cool-aids and soda pop has to be just bad calories and other stuff. My dentist says that the people who drink Mountain Dew are the ones who have the cavities. Mountain Dew has the same stuff in it that is used to soften the tooth enamel before drilling your teeth.
